Ultra Drilling Jig for Ultra & Mantel Brackets

The same idea as our DIY drilling jig, built for the bigger brackets: an aluminum guide that screws to the back of your shelf or mantel (two screws included) and holds your bit square, so the support-rod holes come out straight and land exactly where the UltraBracket or Mantel Bracket rods need them. Pair it with the matching routing jig, which locates where the drilling jig should sit, and drill the rod holes before you rout the back — once the recess is cut, the guide no longer fits inside it. Use it with our 13/16-inch Ultra and Mantel auger bit; other bits may not fit the jig.
